What They Need
--Clinical Excellence: Skilled execution of imaging examinations using sophisticated equipment while maintaining ALARA radiation safety standards.
--Patient-First Mindset: Ability to utilize clinical judgment for proper positioning and dose calibration tailored to unique patient needs.
--Required Education: Completion of an accredited program meeting all certification and licensing requirements.
--Licensure: Valid Oregon Radiographer License (or temporary license upon hire).
--Certification: ARRT National Certification required within 180 days of hire; American Heart Association BLS certification required upon hire.
--Experience: Ideally 1–2 years of experience, though we welcome motivated new graduates with the appropriate temporary permits.
