What They Need

--Licensure: Valid Oregon Radiographer License (Temporary License accepted for new graduates, with permanent status required within 6 months).

--Certification: ARRT National Certification (must be obtained within 180 days of hire) and AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

--Technical Expertise: Ability to perform high-quality imaging exams while strictly adhering to ALARA principles and radiation safety protocols.

--Clinical Judgment: Strong skills in patient positioning, dose calibration, and adapting to unique patient needs across diverse clinical settings.

--Education: Completion of an accredited program meeting all state and national registration requirements.
