WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
TECHNICAL MASTERY: Proven ability to set up, plan, and verify the accuracy of radiation treatments using modern radiotherapy techniques.
CLINICAL RIGOR: Completion of formal therapeutic radiologic technology training from an accredited institution.
VALID LICENSURE: National ARRT certification is required, along with California state certification in Therapeutic Radiologic Technology.
STRATEGIC COLLABORATION: A proactive approach to working under the Lead Radiation Therapist to ensure all delivery meets the highest department standards.
PREFERRED SKILLS: Specialized training in dosimetric techniques and the physics of treatment planning is highly regarded.
