Build Your Radiology Career Where Quality of Life Still Matters
This is a standout opportunity for a Radiology Technologist who wants to practice high-quality imaging in a supportive, patient-centered environment — without sacrificing balance, voice, or growth. If you value strong clinical standards, teamwork, and being treated as an essential part of the care team, this role delivers both professional fulfillment and lifestyle appeal.
What the employer offers
This is a full-time Radiology Technologist role within a collaborative hospital imaging department that prioritizes whole-person care and professional respect. Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates, making this an excellent opportunity for technologists looking to make a strategic move. You’ll work alongside radiologists and experienced imaging professionals, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and rotate through a call schedule to support departmental needs. The environment encourages engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement, with strong operational support and a culture that values your input and expertise.
What they need
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited radiologic technology program with active California Radiologic Technologist licensure, ARRT certification, and BLS through the American Heart Association. At least one year of hospital-based radiography experience is strongly preferred. This role requires strong technical skills, patient-focused communication, and the ability to serve as a clinical role model for less experienced technologists. Comfort with participating in call rotations and occasional off-campus imaging support is required.
If you’re ready to advance your radiology career in a setting that values both excellence and balance, this opportunity is worth exploring.
