What We Need:

--California Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license (required)

--ARRT certification (R & M) – must be registered in both Radiography and Mammography

--Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology (Bachelor’s preferred)

--2–5 years of imaging experience with proven technical knowledge

--Strong leadership skills in staff supervision, scheduling, and performance evaluation

--Experience ensuring compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and California Department of Public Health standards

--Ability to manage daily operations, support workflow, and foster a positive, professional environment
